Katlyn started the University of Missouri PhD program in the Fall of 2017. Her research interests include employee wellbeing, stress, and remote working. She is particularly interested in positive and negative characteristics of the work environment and learning to structure work to improve employee wellbeing and productivity.
Before starting the PhD program, Katlyn enrolled in the Crosby MBA program at the University of Missouri. Katlyn worked as an associate consultant for a firm based in the Washington D.C. metro area, with most of her work in communications strategy for government and commercial clients in the geospatial intelligence community. Katlyn enjoys reading, hiking, and travelling.
