Professor Poor is an Associate Teaching Professor of Marketing at the Trulaske College of Business. He has previously taught Executive MBA, MBA and Undergraduate courses at the University of California, Irvine. Joel has received several department, college and university level teaching awards and teaches marketing, personal selling and product management courses. His current research interests include new product development and instruction methodology. Joel is a member of the American Marketing Association and the faculty advisor to A.M.A.'s student organization at the University.
