Frank (Yufan) Lin is a doctoral student in the Department of Marketing. His research interest centers on frontline management in online retailing, particularly the management of web chat selling and frontline interactions. Prior to entering the PhD program, Frank was a Modeling Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation in Hoffman Estate, IL and a Fraud Analytics MBA intern at MasterCard Worldwide in O'Fallon, MO.
His hobbies include biking, singing, reading, and cross-fitting.
