Dr. Yin is assistant professor of information systems in the management department and a member of the Association for Information Systems. His primary research interests include emotions in online communications, user generated content (e.g., online word-of-mouth), and electronic commerce. His work has been published in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Journal of Marketing Research. He teaches database management, electronic commerce, and Web development fundamentals.
