Don Meyer is an Assistant Teaching Professor in Marketing at MU. He was previously the Chief Marketing Officer and VP (Marketing and Communications) for the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA). Don joined RCGA after 24 years of service with Anheuser-Busch. Don received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1978 from the University of Missouri and his MBA in 1984 from the University of Missouri—St. Louis. Don began his career with Ozark Air Lines where, among other positions, he served as Advertising Manager. In 1984, Don joined Anheuser-Busch in the Marketing Research department and then served as Senior Brand Manager for a variety of products including Budweiser and Michelob Family brands. Don later held the position of Director of New Product Development where he led teams that successfully introduced several new products. In his last position with Anheuser-Busch, as Director of International Marketing, he directed projects that took him to Mexico, South America, Europe, and Asia. Don received the Trulaske College of Business's Special Citation of Merit in 2006.
