Tojin Thomas Eapen is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri - Columbia. His research focuses on idea management, new product and experience design, and innovation. His methodological interests include computational creativity, natural language processing, and agent-based modeling. Eapen has close to 10 years of industry experience in new product development, technology marketing, and innovation consulting. He has consulted and provided in-house training on innovation at more than 20 companies including ABB, Robert Bosch, Google, Ingersoll Rand, NetApp, Qualcomm and Samsung. He has taught marketing and innovation management courses at business schools in US and India.
