
ShinHye Kim
Shinhye Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Department at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri - Columbia. She is currently teaching Marketing Management, and previously taught Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research and International Marketing. Her research interests include customer relationship management and customer engagement. Before completing her Ph.D., she worked for a marketing research firm in South Korea and a customer relationship management consulting firm in Chicago as a data analyst.
