Andrew Donsbach is a first-year Ph.D student in the Department of Marketing at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business, University of Missouri - Columbia. Prior to beginning his Ph.D journey, Andrew worked in market research and product management for a Fortune 100 Bank. Through this experience, he learned the importance of both understanding big data and building trust and loyalty with customers. These experiences have led Andrew to pursue research interests surrounding data privacy, consumer trust, and relationship marketing.
