David Herzog: Perspectives on the Financial Crisis

David Herzog (BS Acc. '82) is the executive VP and CFO of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). The Company received the largest government bailout of a private enterprise in U.S. history. AIG was once the 18th largest company in the world, with revenues of more than $29 billion and more than 116,000 employees. Prior to joining AIG in 2001, Herzog was executive VP and CFO of the Life Division at American General Corp.
