Please follow these instructions to submit your application forms and supporting documents.

    • Change of Degree Form (PDF) -  for students currently enrolled in another graduate program at MU, or as a non-degree graduate student.
    • Re-enrollment Form - for students previously enrolled in the MU MBA program.

    Application Fee

Please send a check or money order made payable to the University of Missouri or complete the credit card information on the online MU application. The amount is $45 for domestic and $60 for international students. The application fee is non refundable and is not applicable to any future fees.
