Associate Professor, B.A., Classical Studies, University of Florida, 1979; Ph.D., Georgia State University, 1999. Professor Wheeler teaches and conducts research in accounting information systems. He is a CPA and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). His research has been published in The Accounting Review, Journal of Information Systems, Behavioral Research in Accounting, International Journal of Information Systems,  Decision Support Systems, Review of Accounting Information Systems, Advances in Accounting Behavioral Research, International Journal of Disclosure and Governance, and Issues in Accounting Education.
