In this capacity, Traci will assist students individually on career-related issues, such as resume and cover-letter writing, interviewing and job-search strategies. Previously, Traci worked for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as Director of Recruiting and Development (2002-2005). In this role she recruited from MU and the surrounding community, to find potential interns, full-time graduates, and career changers to be Financial Representatives.
