Dr. Andy Puckett - Assistant Professor of Finance, MU

Dr. Puckett received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his PhD from the University of Georgia.  He also worked for five years in the securities industry.  He is currently an assistant professor in the Finance Department at MU.  His research interests include institutional investing and trading, sell-side analysts, and market microstructure.  He has recently published his research in The Review of Financial Studies.  This is the first in a series of lectures highlighting the research activities of the college’s faculty.  In a poll conducted in August, this topic received the most votes from MBA students as an area of interest.
