Mike Brady - Executive Vice President, Pay by Touch Payments Solutions

Michael Brady currently serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration & Chief Financial Officer of Pay By Touch Payments Solutions, the point of sale services subsidiary of Pay By Touch, the global leader in biometric authentication, personalized marketing and payment solutions.  He is responsible for the company’s Finance, Security & Compliance and Underwriting & Risk functions.  Mr. Brady has held CFO responsibilities in a variety of industries at subsidiaries of major corporations (Citicorp, Deluxe Corporation, RTE Corporation and the First National Bank of Omaha) as well as portfolio companies of major venture capital firms (Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, Camden Partners, and Centennial Ventures).  Before his first CFO assignment he served as Deputy CFO of RTE Corporation, a Fortune 700 electrical equipment manufacturer.
