Reserve Room 204 through Technology Services at least 10 days prior to your planned use.
Room reservation is done on a first-come, first-served basis with one major exception: priority will be given to those with videoconferencing purposes.
Reserving this room for other uses may be preempted by a later videoconferencing request.

Cornell Hall Room 204
The distance education classroom will be used to bring guest speakers to Cornell via video conferencing.

Control Table
The control table includes two video monitors, a computer monitor, mouse and keyboard, document camera, wireless presenter, and omnidirectional microphone.

Ceiling Hung Camera
This ceiling-hung camera can be focused on the speaker, the screen, or both. It is controlled by the speaker.

Control Equipment
The closet contains equipment to control the Polycom. It also houses a VCR.
