Cornell Hall Technology
Cornell Hall is intended to combine the most desirable aspects of an educational facility with the use of advanced technologies and the favorable aspects of a corporate or professional building. Inside Cornell Hall classrooms one will find technology ranging from projectors and document cameras to VCR's and DVD's.
In addition to the technology-rich classrooms, lecture hall and auditorium, other technology available to faculty and students includes:
- Four 3-station email kiosks in the atrium.
- Two Cornell Hall directory kiosks, one near each of the main building entrances. Maintenance of this information is performed by each college unit.
- Wireless network coverage throughout the building.
- Wired network coverage including:
- one active data port in the MBA lounge, room 209
- one active data port in the Dean's Board Room, 407F.
- Student copier located in the northeast corner of the lower level (near the vending machines).
- 30 laptop cart that connects to the wireless network. Software installed on the laptops includes Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), ELDB, FARS, Research Insight, SAP GUI, SAS and SPSS/Amos. Reserve through Instructional Support Services.
- Distance Learning Classroom, room 204. If you require training for the equipment in this room please submit a technology request at least 10 days prior to your planned use.
- Executive Classroom, room 205. Reserve through Lynn Kilgore.
- Mizzou IT computer classrooms, rooms 3, 4, and 5. Reserve through Mizzou IT.

Behavioral Lab rooms. These are four interview rooms in the Career Services suite that each have a camera and microphone connected to a VCR in a separate control room. Please contact Career Services for room reservations.
- 3 computer stations in Career Services that can be used for job searches, assistance with resume building, and employer research. See Career Services website.
- ISS checkout equipment including: laptops, computer projectors, digital camera, digital camcorders, web cameras, microphone headsets, conference phone, and wireless microphones for the lecture hall (room 115) and the atrium. Reserve through Instructional Support Services.
- 13 breakout rooms. Reserve through Instructional Support Services.
- Conference rooms 303D, 307A, 403A, 408H, 449, 407F (Dean's Board Room), and 105 (Reception Room). Please visit the following page for Room Reservations.
- Networked student computer in the Accountancy Student Lounge.
- Two networked student computers in the MBA Student Lounge.
- Seven networked computers in the lower level of the atrium near the vending area.

Multimedia workstation in room 308K. Reserve through the Multimedia Workstation Outlook calendar.
- Wharton Research Data Services, or WRDS, an Internet-based business data research service from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Data from CRSP, COMPUSTAT, IBES and other business research databases can be downloaded. Request an account via the WRDS web page, or contact Ron Howren for further information.
- Vasey Alumni Reception Room (room 105). Projector and electronic screen are typically used with a laptop. The two floor boxes on the north side of the room contain video and audio connections to the projector. Projector remote and laptop cable may be checked out from Instructional Support Services. Reserve through Lynn Kilgore or Barb Railton.
