Students and Mentors Honored for Spirit of Service

Six students of the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business received the 2008 Mizzou ’39 Award at a ceremony Feb. 8.

The award was created in 2005 by the Mizzou Alumni Association Student Board to honor the spirit of service modeled by the University’s founding families in 1839.

Each year, 39 seniors are selected for academic achievement, leadership and service to the University and community. The students name the faculty or staff member who has mentored or inspired them during their college career for recognition as well.

The Mizzou ’39 business and accounting students for 2008 and their mentors are:
