Vamsi is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Marketing at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Before coming to Columbia, Vamsi received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India in 2006. After graduation he interned at Nokia Private Limited for six months and worked for Infosys Technologies Limited as a Software Engineer for two and a half years. Wanting to pursue further avenues into business, Vamsi came to University of Missouri, Columbia to receive his MBA.

Research Interests:

  • Econometric investigation of strategic marketing.
  • Understanding and enhancing the relationship between marketing resource deployments and firm performance.
  • Studying the long-term and short-term ramifications of marketing and sales strategies.
