Sample Interview Questions for the Interviewer
Nothing ends an interview faster than a job candidate who doesn’t ask questions. Here are some guidelines of what you should and shouldn’t ask.
Appropriate
- What sort of training programs are available?
- Can you describe the organization’s culture?
- What is this organization’s future business plan with regard to __?
- What sort of professional development opportunities are available?
Inappropriate
- How much does this position pay?
- How much vacation can I expect if hired?
- Can you name perks associated with the position?
- I don’t really have any questions – are we all done then?
