Look for summer internships starting at the Fall Career Fair. Full-time work experience during the summer before graduation is very helpful to your job search in the fall of your senior year.

Do informational interviews. Approach individuals from companies in which you are interested. Talk to them about their work. You will be amazed at what you learn.

Hold an office in at least one organization. Without this, you may have little to show a potential employer except academic work. Your competition will have both grades and work/community experience.

Attend more BCS workshops.

Hustle for an internship. To stand out among other job seekers, it is very helpful to have career-related summer work before you start your last year.

Attend P.L.A.N. again (Winter Semester). Applications are available in 104 Cornell Hall starting in January. This might help with finding an internship – networking is the key!

Identify and list prospective employers. Your list should include 15 to 20 companies by now.
