Employer Identification
Researching an employer is an important part of the job search process. When it comes time to interview, one way to make a positive impression with a recruiter is to appear informed about the organization. Be prepared to indicate what interested you initially about the position and how your goals, education, experience and other qualifications fit with the employer's opportunities.
BCS has a library of information from companies (especially those coming on campus for interviewing), and of course, the company web site is a good resource.
