Ms. Bryant is Chief Financial Officer for Sares Regis Group of Northern California, L.P., which operates in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento markets. The company is involved in the development, construction, investment and management of office, industrial and multi-family properties. An affiliate, Regis Homes of Northern California, operates as a land developer and home builder in those markets. She is a member of the senior management committee for the firm and is responsible for Asset Management of a $300 million operating property portfolio, financial oversight of $500 million of development projects, Treasury and banking relationships, MIS and accounting activities. Prior to joining the company in 1993, she held the positions of Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO at Prometheus Development Co., Inc., a Bay Area private real estate development, investment and management company. Ms. Bryant received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Arts in Accountancy from the University of Missouri - Columbia and her CPA certification. Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, she held positions in the auditing division of Arthur Young, now EY/KLA. Ms. Bryant is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and served as President for the San Francisco Chapter in 2000 and was the National President in 2005.
