Associate Professor of Management. B.A. University of Vermont, 1992; M.A. University of Illinois, 1995; Ph.D., University of Illinois, 1998. Professor Robert is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the International Association of Conflict Management. His research interests include cross-cultural and international management, organizational culture, human resources management, and groups and teams. He has published articles in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision ProcessesJournal of Management, and Personnel Psychology. Professor Robert also has a part-time appointment in the Department of Psychological Sciences.
