JARED SPADER has spent his lifetime in the agriculture and rural markets, with eight years of experience in marketing, business strategy and product branding. He joined Osborn & Barr originally as a market analyst with O&B's in-house brand management company, the Avant Group. Following Avant's spin-off from O&B in 2004, Jared assumed a role in market strategy, product development and marketing and sales with O&B. Prior to O&B, Jared held positions with Edward Jones, the Orscheln Group and with the University of Missouri as a marketing instructor. Jared grew up on a purebred Angus and Quarter Horse ranch, and is still involved as a co-owner of the family operation. He holds a B.S. and a MBA from the University of Missouri.
