Diversity

The University of Missouri has a commitment to diversity which is echoed in its core values of respect, responsibility, discovery, and excellence.

Likewise, the Crosby MBA Program seeks to educate business leaders who understand the diverse nature of the global business environment and can flourish in it.  To that end, we encourage and support diversity within our student population.  We hope to recruit students of color who are from African American, Hispanic, Asian American and Native American backgrounds who are currently underrepresented in our program and on our campus.  We also welcome international students from around the world.  And we encourage domestic students not only to study abroad, but to learn from their fellow students through activities such as our Crosby MBA International Day.
 
As all of our students come together, from our initial orientation week, through classroom team projects, and MBA Association activities, our goal is to foster recognition of the contributions of diverse cultural backgrounds toward successful growth and development.
