Assistant Teaching Professor. B.S. Industrial Engineering, 1987, University of Missouri; M.B.A., 1995, University of Missouri; Ph.D., 1999 University of Missouri. Professor Marrs is a member of the Academy of Management and the International Association for Business and Society. Her research interests focus on the effects of aggressive and deviant behavior in the workplace. She has presented research at several national and international conferences. Professor Marrs’ teaching interests include operations management, organizational behavior, human resources management, organizational change, and ethics in the workplace. Prior to completing graduate work, Professor Marrs was a Director in the U.S. Postal Service and has served as a consultant to various organizations.
