Then was VP-Corporate Development for StaffMark, a $1.2B publicly-traded business services firm that acquired 44 companies in the mid-to-late 90’s. I focus entirely on providing merger and acquisition advisory services for technology firms.
Hobbies include alpine backpacking, reading, travel and coaching my kids’ sports teams.
