Mr. Roman has 30 years of experience across various management consulting, business outsourcing, and IT service organizations and recently began to leverage that through his own organization.
Mr. Roman spent 21 years with Accenture taking on diverse roles of increasing complexity and responsibility e.g., taking over a portfolio contracts to deliver new revenue, turned around underperforming contracts while significantly improving margins, implemented cultural change while boosting customer satisfaction. As a managing director and owner at Alsbridge Mr. Roman helped a start up grow to a $10M company in 30 months. Mr. Roman works with companies that want to evolve with a “get-it-done” attitude as a result of intense growth or to reverse a market decline.
Mr. Roman continues his involvement with the university as a founding member of the Finance Advisory Board serving a term as the chairperson. He is a mentor in the MBA program and is a lifetime member of the Alumni Association.
Mr. Roman has been married to his wife Heather for 31 years, they are “True Tigers” having met and both graduated from Mizzou. They have been members of the Davenport Society since 1994. Pete and Heather have four grown children.
