Missouri Bankers Chair and Professor of Finance. Chartered Financial Analyst. Winner of 2002 Kemper Award. B.A., Colorado College, 1976; M.S., 1978 and Ph.D., 1981 Purdue University. He is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Business Research and the CFA Digest. His research interests include corporate and international finance as well as banking. He has published in Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Business, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Financial Management, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, among others.
